Michele Frizzell founded Mahj Life and the Mahj Life Instructor Guild. An internationally accredited professional coach, author, speaker, and longtime mah jongg educator, Michele leads the Guild’s educational programming and professional development initiatives.

With more than 35 years of teaching experience and more than 50 years at the mah jongg table, Michele’s work helps players and instructors deepen their knowledge, strengthen decision-making, and approach the game—and teaching it—with purpose.
