Instructor Guild Code of Conduct Complaint

Mahj Life Instructor Guild members operate independent teaching businesses and are not employees, agents, or franchisees of Mahj Life. Each member is responsible for their own lesson scheduling, pricing, cancellations, refunds, venue arrangements, and customer communications.

The Guild does not regulate or resolve customer service or business disputes. However, if a reported concern raises questions about a member’s professionalism, ethics, or conduct, the Guild may review the matter under its Membership Agreement and incident investigation process.

Submitting this form does not guarantee that a formal investigation will be opened. Each report is first evaluated to determine whether it falls within the Guild’s jurisdiction.

We will make reasonable efforts to protect your privacy during the review process; however, complete confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Anonymous reports may limit our ability to investigate or provide follow-up.
