Mahj Life operates primarily as a virtual education business and does not maintain a physical office or on-site training facility. Educational services are delivered predominantly through digital platforms, and contractors work remotely.

As a result, physical workplace health and safety risks are minimal. Mahj Life remains committed to maintaining safe, professional, and secure digital learning environments and expects contractors and participants to engage responsibly while using online platforms and services.

Intellectual Property Policy
All Mahj Life educational content, materials, resources, training programs, assessments, presentations, and digital assets are protected by intellectual property rights, including copyright, licensing, and trademark protections.

Unless otherwise stated, Mahj Life educational materials are shared under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license. This permits learners to access and share materials with proper attribution for non-commercial purposes only. Materials may not be modified, reproduced for commercial use, redistributed without permission, or used to create derivative works.

The names #MAHJLIFE, Mahj Life, and Play with Purpose™ are proprietary brand assets and may not be used without express permission. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, misuse, or commercial exploitation of Mahj Life intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Mahj Life is committed to fostering a professional, respectful, and ethical learning environment for all learners, members, colleagues, and partners. Mahj Life Disruptive Learner Policy
Mahj Life is committed to maintaining a respectful, supportive, and productive learning environment for all learners, members, instructors, and participants engaging in Mahj Life educational programs, courses, workshops, support sessions, and community spaces.

This policy applies only to educational activities directly operated by Mahj Life. Mahj Life Instructor Guild members operate independent teaching practices and are responsible for establishing their own learner conduct expectations and policies within their businesses.

Definition of Disruptive Behavior

Disruptive behavior includes conduct that interferes with instruction, learning, respectful participation, or community safety. Examples may include:

• Repeated interruptions or refusal to follow course expectations
• Disrespectful, hostile, or inappropriate communication
• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation
• Behavior that negatively impacts the learning experience of others
• Misuse of community platforms, support sessions, or digital learning environments

Procedure

Mahj Life aims to address concerns professionally, fairly, and constructively. Depending on the situation, the following steps may be taken:

1. Informal reminder of expectations
2. Private communication to address concerns and clarify boundaries
3. Formal warning if disruptive behavior continues
4. Temporary or permanent removal from a course, session, or community space if necessary

Resolution

All concerns about disruptive learners are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and handled with professionalism, fairness, and discretion.

Mahj Life reserves the right to take appropriate action to protect the integrity of the learning environment and ensure a safe, respectful experience for all participants.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
Mahj Life is committed to transparency and fairness regarding purchases, cancellations, and rescheduling. This policy outlines the terms related to payments, cancellations, transfers, and refund eligibility across our programs, memberships, digital resources, and educational services.

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of many digital products, memberships, and educational resources, most purchases are non-refundable. Exceptions, cancellations, or rescheduling requests for live events, coaching, or other services are reviewed in accordance with the terms provided at the time of purchase.
