Biography
Cindy discovered her love of mah jongg more than two years ago when she agreed to take lessons with a neighbor. Her interest deepened when she learned from a neurologist that the game’s strategic nature supports cognitive sharpness, and she quickly became fully engaged. With only a small circle of friends who knew how to play, Cindy began teaching others, which soon grew into leading groups of four to twelve players.
Motivated to offer a more complete and structured learning experience, Cindy sought out deeper resources to strengthen both her knowledge and teaching approach. While she has been recognized as an instructor through a product distributor, she continues to refine her skills through ongoing education and training.
Cindy is excited to share what she has learned and to grow a vibrant mah jongg community in the Lake Country area of Georgia by teaching, hosting events, and helping players build confidence and connection through the game.
