Carrie believes mah jongg is about much more than a game—it’s a reason to gather, laugh, learn, and build lasting friendships. She is passionate about introducing women to the joy of American mah jongg in a welcoming, relaxed environment where everyone feels comfortable, whether they are seeing a tile for the first time or looking to strengthen their skills.

Living in rural Colorado, Carrie understands the importance of creating spaces where women can connect, encourage one another, and enjoy meaningful time together. Her classes are designed to remove the mystery from mah jongg while helping students develop confidence, improve their game, and build genuine friendships around the table.

Carrie believes the best lessons create more than skilled players—they create community. Her goal is to help every student discover a game that challenges the mind, brings people together, and becomes a favorite weekly tradition.
