Biography

Abby is a former attorney turned American mah jongg instructor in the Boston area. She teaches with a fun, modern style, using National Mah Jongg League rules, which makes the game clear and approachable. Abby began playing in 2012 and believes mah jongg is a powerful way to connect across generations. When she’s not teaching, she enjoys needlepoint, Pilates, and spending time with her husband, two children, their Wheaten Terrier, and her local school community.

Student Skill Level: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced

In-Person Lesson Size: Up to 8; up to 16 with assistants.
