LAST TILE (ARTICLE 235)

If a player declares mah jongg by picking the last tile from the wall or by claiming the last discard of the game, they receive a bonus payout in addition to the standard Mah Jongg payment. The bonus amount is set and agreed upon by the group before play begins.
