Sarah is a mah jongg instructor, enthusiast, mother, and working professional who teaches American mah jongg using National Mah Jongg League rules. She blends creativity, community, and style into everything she does, reimagining mah jongg beyond the tiles through themed events, clever social content, and inclusive spaces where players feel welcomed and celebrated.

Known for her eye for detail and flair for presentation, Sarah makes mah jongg feel both accessible and elevated, turning ordinary game nights into unforgettable experiences. She has launched successful leagues, taught Mah Jongg 101 and 102 classes, completed the Oh My Mahjong certification, and references NMJL texts to provide accurate answers. She is also advancing her expertise through the Mahj Life Guild program.

When she isn’t teaching, hosting, or creating engaging social content, Sarah is cheering for her kids from the sidelines—usually in a messy bun and leggings. An avid runner, she especially enjoys the magic of Disney race events.
