Kim Beebe is the founder of Mahj Connection, a welcoming community created to bring people together through American Mahjong. What began with a lesson and a few friends gathering around the table quickly grew into a thriving community where players come to learn, play, connect, and make new friends.

Kim teaches American Mahjong in a relaxed, approachable setting designed to make learning enjoyable and easy to understand. Her beginner classes cover the essentials, including the tiles, National Mah Jongg League card, Charleston, gameplay, rules, and foundational strategy.

Her goal is simple: to help new players feel confident sitting down at the table, understand the game, and truly enjoy the experience. Through Mahj Connection, Kim offers beginner lessons, open play, practice sessions, special events, and opportunities for players of all levels to connect.

For Kim, Mahjong is about more than learning the rules. It’s about building community, creating friendships, and making sure there is always room for one more at the table.
