Amanda is based in Baton Rouge, LA, and discovered mah jongg less than a year ago—but quickly fell in love with the game. Combining her passion for mah jongg with her teaching experience, Amanda launched a new business venture focused on educating beginners in American mah jongg. When she’s not working full-time, she enjoys teaching, hosting, and participating in open play events. For Amanda, the social connections and fun of the game are just as rewarding as the gameplay itself.
