Instructor Directory Profile Update

To ensure your directory profile reflects your current teaching experience and the levels of students you are prepared to teach, you must complete the Instructor Self-Assessment System (I-SAS) before submitting this form. The I-SAS is a short online course designed to support reflection and alignment—it is not a test.

If you have not yet completed the I-SAS, please begin here: https://mahjlife.com/courses/i-sas/

Instructor Directory Content Standards

The Mahj Life Instructor Directory is a player-focused resource that helps players find qualified instructors and instructional services.

Profiles should emphasize player-facing offerings, such as lessons, events, specialties, teaching philosophy, and community activities. To ensure a consistent, professional directory, Mahj Life may edit profile content for clarity, length, style, and alignment with these standards.

Because the directory is intended for players, references to third-party certifications, instructor training programs, instructor coaching, or other services intended primarily for instructors are not included.

Please use this form to submit updates to your instructor directory profile.

The customizations you select help ensure your directory profile accurately reflects the type of instruction you are currently prepared to offer. As you gain experience and take advantage of Mahj Life training opportunities, you may update your skill levels as your confidence and expertise grow. Instructors are encouraged to represent their experience honestly so players can find the right learning environment for their needs.
The I-SAS will guide your Teaching Stage and the levels of students you are prepared to teach, ensuring your directory profile aligns with what you are ready to offer today. This is not a test—it’s a practical tool to support clarity, confidence, and alignment. If you have not taken it yet, you can begin here and return to this form later: https://mahjlife.com/courses/i-sas/
