Join us as we celebrate the release of the National Mah Jongg League’s new card with a presentation designed to help you move beyond memorizing hands and into confident, adaptable play.
As the transition settles and the new card begins to feel more familiar, the focus shifts from learning what’s on the card to making thoughtful decisions during play. We’ll explore how experienced players adapt as a hand develops—responding to new information, recognizing opportunities, and making strategic decisions as the game evolves.
Rather than committing too early or second-guessing every choice, you’ll discover practical strategies for staying flexible, keeping your options open, and building confidence through purposeful play. Through discussion, guided examples, and an interactive challenge, you’ll strengthen your ability to adapt to changing conditions at the table and approach each game with greater clarity and confidence.
