Instructor Guild Annual Membership Dues
Thank you for your continued support of the Mahj Life Instructor Guild.
Your membership helps sustain a professional community dedicated to growth, excellence, collaboration, and elevating the standard of mah jongg instruction. I deeply appreciate your ongoing investment in this work and am grateful to have you as part of the Guild.
Please review the renewal information below before submitting payment.
Renewal Instructions
Guild memberships renew annually, and renewals are not automatic.
Your renewal date is based on the date payment was originally received during your application process and is due annually on the day prior to that anniversary date.
You can locate your original join date on your instructor profile under:
Member Since MM/DD/YYYY
Your renewal is due one day prior to that date.
Example:
Member Since: 10/24/2022
Renewal Due: 10/23/2023
If you do not have a public instructor profile or are unsure of your renewal date, please email us for assistance before submitting payment at care@mahjlife.com.
Renewal Rates
Renewal dues, including a transaction fee, are based on your original join date.
- Founding Members (joined before 11/01/2023): $55
- Proud Members (joined between 11/01/2023 and 7/10/2026): $105
- Proud Members joining after 7/10/2026: $197
What to Expect
Renewal reminder emails are typically sent:
- 60 days prior to renewal
- 30 days prior to renewal
- Upon expiration, including a 30-day grace period
If dues are not paid by the end of the grace period, membership benefits will be discontinued, and membership will lapse. To reinstate a lapsed membership, a $25 reinstatement fee applies in addition to the applicable renewal dues.
