AMERICAN MAH JONGG SETS (Article 111)

An American mah jongg set has 152 tiles which includes four of each dragon (white, red, and green), four of each wind (North, East, West, South), eight flowers, eight jokers, and three suits numbered 1-9 (bams, dots, craks).  Other equipment in a set includes 4-5 racks that hold the tiles and may or may not include a betting device, dice, extra Flowers, extra jokers, and some blank tiles. The blank tiles can be used to replace lost or damaged tiles.
