Sabrina discovered her love of mah jongg in July 2025 after attending a 101 class hosted by a friend—and she was instantly hooked. What began as a fun new challenge quickly grew into a passion for the game’s strategy, focus, and community. She was drawn to the mental benefits of mah jongg, known to sharpen concentration and boost cognitive health, but what she treasures most are the friendships and laughter shared at every table.

Based on the shores of Mobile Bay, Alabama, Sabrina is an accredited public relations professional who runs her own PR agency by day and teaches mah jongg in her spare time. She instructs according to National Mah Jongg League (NMJL) rules, bringing clarity, organization, and a calm, encouraging presence to every lesson.

Known for her kind and patient approach, Sabrina has quickly established herself as a trusted mentor and experienced league player, helping new students discover the same joy and connection that drew her to the game.
