Rachel has spent over 25 years building a dynamic career in the beauty industry, leading retail growth, sales strategy, and field operations for some of the world’s most recognized brands. Now, she’s channeling that same passion for helping others thrive into the wellness and community space—launching a company dedicated to teaching mah jongg and running local leagues that bring people together through play, learning, and connection.

A lifelong Northern New Jersey resident, Rachel lives in Wyckoff with her husband and their high school–aged daughter. Deeply rooted in her community, she has been an active volunteer in local schools and philanthropic efforts throughout her daughter’s education. Her journey blends professional excellence, entrepreneurial drive, and a love for fostering authentic connections—whether around a classroom, a cause, or a mah jongg table.
