She later became a French professor and teacher trainer, dedicated to making education meaningful, engaging, and accessible.

Along the way, Pauline discovered another passion: mah jongg. Fascinated by its strategy, complexity, and sense of community, she became both an avid player and an enthusiastic teacher of the game. Drawing on her teaching background, her lessons are playful yet insightful—designed to help students learn in a way that is fun, interactive, and easy to grasp.
