Morgan is an American mah jongg instructor based in the Florida Panhandle who enjoys the connection, community, and thoughtful strategy the game brings to everyday life. She believes mah jongg is a skill anyone can learn and that the game offers lasting benefits—from sharpening the mind to creating meaningful social connections around the table.

Morgan is actively involved in organizing mah jongg gatherings in her community and frequently hosts group events that bring players together to learn and play. She is also engaged with several local nonprofit organizations, including the Center for Lifelong Learning, where she teaches an eight-week course introducing players to American mah jongg.

Although she has been playing for two years and teaching for just under a year, Morgan has developed a strong understanding of the game’s rules and structure. Her ability to clearly interpret and teach the NMJL card helps students build confidence as they learn the game and begin their own mah jongg journey.
