Biography

Marti is a former teacher whose love of learning naturally led her to teaching mah jongg. Drawn to the game’s blend of strategy, problem-solving, and community, she enjoys helping players understand not just how to play, but how to think through each hand with confidence. Marti values the social connection mah jongg creates and brings a calm, encouraging presence to the table, making learning both enjoyable and engaging.
