Libby is a retired K–5 reading teacher with 25 years of classroom experience and a lifelong love of teaching. After discovering mah jongg two years ago—following in the footsteps of her mother, who played years earlier—she quickly found joy in both the game and the community it creates. Libby has been teaching mah jongg for the past year and brings patience, clarity, and encouragement to every lesson. Helping friends and neighbors feel confident at the table is what motivates her most, and she continues to refine her teaching skills with the same care she brought to her classroom.
