Happy brings 36 years of educational experience to her role as a passionate and skilled American mah jongg instructor. Based in Denton, Texas, she co-founded The Winds of Laughter Mahjong Social Club and has taught over 100 students through structured classes, open play, and tournaments. Happy specializes in National Mah Jongg League (NMJL) rules, with a focus on strategy, etiquette, and the sheer joy of the game.

Her commitment to the community runs deep, as she organizes fundraising tournaments and events that benefit underprivileged students in Fort Worth ISD. Whether she’s introducing beginners to Mahjong 101 or guiding intermediate players in Mahjong 201, Happy creates a fun, inclusive learning environment where students feel supported and inspired to grow.
