Courtney is the founder of Evergreen Mahjong Collective, a Denver-based community created to bring women together through the joy of mah jongg. What began as a personal love of the game quickly evolved into a mission: to create welcoming spaces where women can connect, learn, and form lasting friendships around the table.

With a background in education and leadership, Courtney brings clarity, structure, and warmth to every lesson. She specializes in helping both beginners and experienced players feel confident with the rules, strategy, and flow of American mah jongg. Her teaching style combines straightforward instruction with genuine connection and fun—because while mah jongg is a game of skill, it is also a powerful vehicle for building community.

Courtney hosts social mah jongg events, guided play sessions, and private lessons throughout the Denver metro area. Whether someone is brand new to the tiles or looking to sharpen strategy, her goal remains the same: to help every player leave confident, connected, and excited to play again.
