Constanza is the founder of Mahj Club Collective, a modern American mah jongg community rooted in connection, style, and meaningful gatherings. What began as a personal love for the game quickly evolved into a vibrant space where women come together to learn, play, and form lasting friendships.

Originally from Chile and now based between Michigan and Southwest Florida, Constanza brings warmth, energy, and thoughtful intention to every table she hosts. With a professional background in real estate and design, she has a natural talent for creating beautiful environments and cultivating strong relationships. These strengths carry seamlessly into her mah jongg events, where hospitality and strategy meet in an elevated yet welcoming atmosphere.

Through Mahj Club Collective, Constanza offers beginner lessons, private events, leagues, and fundraising experiences that make American mah jongg approachable and engaging. She is known for breaking the game into clear, confidence-building steps that support new players while giving experienced players opportunities to refine their strategy and expand their community.

Her signature league in Ada, hosted at the Ada Hotel, has quickly become a sought-after local experience, selling out multiple seasons and reflecting the thriving community she has built. As a Troop Mahjong chapter leader for Michigan and Southwest Florida, Constanza brings excitement, leadership, and a polished energy to each event and lesson.
