Julie has spent more than 25 years helping learners build confidence and discover the joy of learning. A former classroom teacher and tutoring business owner, she now leads curriculum and instruction at Mah Jongg Minds, bringing her deep teaching expertise to the mah jongg table. Julie specializes in small-group, supportive instruction that helps players feel capable, comfortable, and ready to continue learning independently. Her goal is simple: empower students to enjoy mah jongg with confidence, curiosity, and connection.
