After a career in the corporate world, Anna Lindsey now teaches the next generation of strategic communicators at Penn State. Her professional experience runs the gamut from ghostwriting bylines for technology executives in publications like Forbes to leading media and analyst briefings throughout the US and abroad.

She was part of the communications team for a tech unicorn’s successful IPO on the NYSE, coordinated public relations events surrounding a $250 million casino resort expansion, and wrangled media for headlining shows like Mötley Crüe and Aerosmith. She holds a B.S. in Public Relations from the University of Texas at Austin and an MFA in Writing for Children and Young Adults from Hamline University.

Anna is passionate about teaching and storytelling both inside and outside of work. In her spare time, she writes novels and teaches Mahjong in the Austin area.
