Esprit 360 Agreement and Terms of Use
| CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS MAHJ LIFE ESPRIT 360 AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF USE. SIGN ONLY IF YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. FAILURE OR REFUSAL TO SIGN THIS AGREEMENT MAY PRECLUDE YOU FROM RECEIVING THE OUTCOME AND COACHING FEE, AT MAHJ LIFE’S SOLE DISCRETION. |
This Mahj Life Esprit Agreement and Terms of Use (“Agreement”) is entered into between you and Mahj Life, LLC (“Mahj Life”), and made effective on the date the enrollment form was submitted to the Mahj Life Esprit 360 Coaching Program (“Effective Date”).
Mahj Life, organized under the laws of the state of Georgia, having its principal place of business at the following address:

YOU AND MAHJ LIFE AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
This Coaching Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Michele Frizzell / Mahj Life (“Coach”) and the undersigned participant (“Client”). By signing below, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
1. Scheduling
Coaching sessions are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, by appointment only. Sessions must be booked in advance through Calendly after payment has been received. Coaching packages must be used within the stated expiration window.
2. Payment
Coaching fees must be paid in full before scheduling. All payments are non-refundable. With the Coach’s approval, unused sessions may be transferred to another Mahj Life Instructor Guild member. In the event of unforeseen life circumstances, the Client may request deferment of unused sessions. Such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Coach.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
The Client may reschedule a session with at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice via the confirmation email. Sessions canceled with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice, or sessions that are missed, will be forfeited and counted as used.
4. Scope of Coaching
Esprit 360 Coaching is designed to support mah jongg instructors with teaching practices, classroom methods, business development, and operational growth. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, financial planning, or legal advice. The Coach offers mentorship and resources grounded in lived experience and practical strategies that have proven effective. The Client is encouraged to seek professional advice when appropriate.
5. Program Participation
By enrolling in Esprit 360 Coaching, the Client agrees to actively engage in all sessions, complete assigned tasks, and communicate openly. Coaching is a collaborative process, and results depend on the Client’s effort, implementation, and external factors.
6. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential by the Coach. If group coaching is offered, all participants are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding shared discussions. With the Client’s permission, insights or results may be shared anonymously for program improvement or marketing purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
All coaching materials, including templates, worksheets, videos, and frameworks, are the intellectual property of Mahj Life. The Client may use these materials for personal purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials for teaching others without written consent from Mahj Life is strictly prohibited.
8. Disclaimer of Results
Coaching is intended to provide guidance and support but does not guarantee specific outcomes, including income, student enrollment, or business growth. Individual results will vary depending on the Client’s effort, implementation, and market conditions.
9. Communication Policy
The Client may contact the Coach via email for questions or updates between sessions. Non-urgent inquiries will be answered within twenty-four to forty-eight (24–48) business hours, Monday through Friday. The coaching resources provided are downloadable and remain available for the client’s continued use.
10. Acknowledgment
By signing this Agreement, the Client affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth herein. This Agreement is binding as of the date of signature below.
MAHJ LIFE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO USE ANY TECHNOLOGIES AND METHODS FOR VERIFYING THE IDENTITY OF CANDIDATES. SUCH TECHNOLOGY MAY INCLUDE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION, CHALLENGE QUESTIONS, IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS, PHOTOGRAPHIC INFORMATION, SIGNATURE VERIFICATION, AND OTHER MEASURES TO PROTECT AGAINST FRAUD AND ABUSE.
YOU HEREBY REPRESENT TO MAHJ LIFE THAT YOU: (1) HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT; AND (2) ARE EIGHTEEN YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE MAHJ LIFE IS RELYING ON ALL SUCH REPRESENTATIONS IN GRANTING MICROCREDENTIAL. MAHJ LIFE SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO DENY MICROCREDENTIAL SHOULD YOU FAIL TO MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS OR IN THE EVENT OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LOCAL LAW.
