The AMJ Experience Level Evaluation (ELE; Ellie) Coach Course is a practical, skills-based program designed to help Mahj Life instructors interpret ELE results with confidence and use them to guide meaningful player development.
Across a series of hands-on modules, you’ll learn how to introduce ELE to students, walk them through a supportive debrief, apply Socratic questioning, identify predictable growth patterns, use the ELE Wheel as a visual tool, and build coaching sessions that feel personal, purposeful, and aligned with Mahj Life teaching values.
This course is for instructors who:
- Value insight, reflection, and player-centered growth over correction or shortcuts
- Want to coach players with greater clarity, confidence, and consistency
- Want a structured way to interpret player behavior across the full rhythm of a game
- Work with students who feel stuck, inconsistent, or unsure what to focus on next
- Are interested in earning a Merit Program microbadge through demonstrated skill
This course is optional, professional, and growth-oriented—designed to support instructors who want to refine how they coach, not dictate how they teach.
