Whether you’re working through one of the four BizDev mini-courses or applying business concepts on your own, this session offers direct guidance, real-time feedback, and space to troubleshoot challenges as you grow.
Each month, we focus on helping instructors gain clarity, confidence, and consistency in the business side of teaching mah jongg—without waiting for a specific course cycle.

This workshop is open to all instructors who have completed or are currently enrolled in any BizDev Mini-Course, including:

You don’t need to be in a specific course cycle to join—just bring your work, your questions, and your curiosity.
