American Mah Jongg World Record Sponsorship

Thank you for supporting this epic, record-setting effort. Your sponsorship makes it possible for us to pursue the Guinness World Record attempt for the 48-hour mah jongg marathon— an event driven by our community’s passion, dedication, and shared love of the game. We truly appreciate your partnership and belief in what we’re building together.

By signing below, the Sponsor agrees to support the 48-hour mah jongg marathon Guinness World Record attempt on the following terms:

  1. Sponsor Contribution: The Sponsor agrees to pay the sponsorship fee corresponding to the selected tier (Benefactor $5,000; Advocate $3,000; Supporter $1,000). Payment is due within 30 days of invoicing or by a mutually agreed date.
  2. Sponsor Benefits: In exchange for the agreed sponsorship fee, the Organizer will provide the benefits described in the selected tier. These benefits may include logo placement on the official event landing page and mentions in the team’s outreach, as applicable to the tier selected.
  3. Sponsor Materials: The Sponsor will provide all required branding assets, including logo files, approved narrative text, and any other content required for fulfillment of the sponsorship benefits by the specified deadlines.
  4. Press & Media Inclusion: The Organizer will include the Sponsor’s name and provided sponsor information in press materials it issues and in its media outreach efforts. The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to generate media interest; however, actual editorial placement and coverage in local or national media are not guaranteed, as editorial decisions are made independently by journalists and media outlets.
  5. Intellectual Property: The Sponsor grants the Organizer a non-exclusive, limited license to use the Sponsor’s logo and other provided materials solely for purposes of fulfilling the sponsorship benefits related to this event.
  6. Independent Parties: This agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, or agency relationship between the parties. Each party acts independently.
  7. Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the sponsorship and supersedes all prior discussions or understandings, whether written or oral.
